Paula McInerney took over the family jewellery business, founded in 1967 and located in Mississauga. But in 1986 Paula moved the business to Bloor West Village, when she took over McLellan Jewellers & Boutique. The jewellery business has changed a lot since Paula first began working in the family shop. Then most customers were men buying engagement and wedding rings and gifts. Today most customers are women, and they buy items for themselves.
